I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable! definitely met me & wife expectations. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special credit to a staff named Shaqirah for providing the best service during my time here. She was professional, warm, and always made sure my wife needs were taken care of. Thank you for the great experience! I’ll definitely come back again!

We booked a Guest Twin Room for one night and requested a birthday setup. They offer various options at different prices, but we just opted for the complimentary slice of cake. As with every DoubleTree Hotel, we were warmly welcomed with their signature cookies. The room was clean and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. I especially appreciated the strong water pressure and the spotless bathroom. The breakfast spread was impressive. Memang complete! There was a nasi lemak station, a Chinese corner (dim sum, noodles), a grill station, Indian cuisine, lontong, rendang, fresh fruits, a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and salads. Honestly, it felt like too much for breakfast but in the best way possible! Everything we tried was flavorful. The dining area itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around and enjoy the meal without feeling crowded. We definitely wish we had more time! Definitely will book this hotel again in the future.

Just got back from a fantastic stay and everything was top-notch! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The room was spotless and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices to suit everyone. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

I initially came to this hotel feeling extremely stressed, sad, and overwhelmed with anxiety. I just wanted to rest and not be disturbed by anyone. My intention was to find some peace and quiet. But my experience here turned out to be so much better than I expected, thanks to a staff named Shaqira. She was incredibly funny, friendly, and kind-hearted. The way she treated me was so awesome, it made me feel comfortable, calm, and safe. In a short time, she managed to make me smile and feel more at ease. Her service was truly exceptional. She didn’t just do her job! she genuinely cared about me, and I deeply appreciate that. The room was also clean and comfortable. The hotel environment was peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for anyone who wants to relax and clear their mind. I’m very satisfied with my experience here and i will definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

One of the best hotels, ever in Johor Bahru. Being a Hilton brand hotel it lives up to its standard, it might not be five-star standard, but it is honestly really really good. Honestly, the only hotel that I will ever stay at in JB. Very near CIQ. Very spacious room with the extended area of the mirror and changing area being very spacious and air-conditioning being super strong. They even offer you welcome cookies upon check in and I was offered a free upgrade to my room on the weekend!! Bonus points!
