CASH ONLY. Wanted to try the Chicken Rice in halal form given it is Singapores national dish. While the pictures make it seem very unassuming and plain, it is actually very flavorful. It comes as roasted or steamed. They must brine it to get so much flavor. It was very cheap and the staff was very friendly. I would suggest this place. Portions are small, so if you have an American stomach, you may want to consider ordering an additional dish.

Awesome food and nostalgic ambience... prices very affordable and hasn't changed much. Iconic chicken rice + chilli super tasty. Many other dishes available too and equally yummy. HongKong noodles super good. Great for family outings. Nets and Cash accepted.

Surprisingly their food was tasty and halal with affordable price. I order Hainan Chicken Rice and Mix Vegie Saute for dinner. You should try if you are in Bencoolen area.
