The Medovik (Russian honey cake) was absolutely divine—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Their pastries are consistently fresh, and you can really taste the quality ingredients. It was quite a busy day when we visited but the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The pastries are great. Competitively priced when you compare them with the likes of Tiong Bahru Bakery, Brother Bird, and the like. They are also Halal certified. There was this beef pastry we had that was well worth the price. Forgot the name, but it really surprised us pleasently. Will be coming back again ?
One of the most delicious bakeries I've ever been to and I would highly recommend it if you are in the Arab Street area. Absolutely worth detouring to go stop by and try some of the innovative baked goods that they have
Tiny little bakery with some delicious pastries and viennois. Great choice for every taste. The croissant was buttery, flaky and crispy. The chocolate bread was soft, chocolatey and delicious with a beautiful hazelnut spread. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.
This bakery was one of the OG halal artisanal bakeries and has beautiful bakes perfect for gifting. I had actually made purchases as gifts over the years, but this is the first time I'm trying something for myself. I got the Butter Croissant ($4.90) and mixed berries Madeleines (a set of 3 for $4.10). The Butter Croissant was buttery and incredibly crispy after a light toast. I think it tasted good on its own but the large size also makes it a perfect sandwich size. The Madeleines didn't wow me though. I guess I'll just stick to their popular pastry range next time.
