4 Rue de Damiette, 75002 Paris, France
We went for dinner to this place as one friend recommended it. We tried the green Thai curry and the red curry. Both were really good, especially the green one (very rich flavour!) I definitely would recommend this place and will come back :)
Cute little thai resto with a small selection of dishes. Food was a bit bland, but overall tasty, fresh and healthy.
The restaurant is very close to the metro line 4 at Saint Denis. I didn’t find the server/hostess particularly friendly. There were only 2 couples sitting in the entire place when I walked in, and a full open bar. She acted like it was a bother at first that I wanted to eat in. Another couple came back and she gave them the whole ooh idk we might not be able to sit you spill. Another guy did come in with a reservation however there was still plenty of seating and no one else arrived during the 30 mins I was there. The food was good, I got the Paneang curry, the sauce was incredible. A great vegan option in Paris.
I ordered the curry massaman ? which was made with eggplant, potatoes and rice. The rice was so fragrant, it paired perfectly with the spices of the curry. The curry was flavourful, you could taste the coconut without being overwhelming, and the eggplant was the main protagonist. I closed it off with a riz gluant (sticky rice) with mango ?. It was served warm, and it is a feast for the mouth. I'll try to make it at home because I simply loved it. The waitress was really kind. The service was fast and the food was delicious. You need to try it!
Absolutely delicious Thai food! We loved the authentic flavors and the homemade drinks were such a treat, it felt like a little getaway to Thailand. I highly recommend this spot!
