This is, without a doubt, one of the best Briyanis I’ve ever had in my life! Yes, you heard that right – this is the place! If you’re a Briyani lover, look no further. It’s that good! I had their Chicken Dalgona Briyani, and what an absolute treat it was. Every bite was bursting with flavour, and it truly made my entire trip to Penang worth every penny. If you come here, you have to try this dish – it’s an absolute must! And don’t get me started on their Masala Chai. It’s the ultimate drink to complete your meal – warm, rich, and perfectly spiced. I couldn’t stop wishing they’d open a branch in Perlis so I could enjoy this goodness more often. This was a dining experience I’ll never forget. Truly memorable, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re anywhere near Penang, you owe it to yourself to come here. You won’t regret it!

I am a fan of Kapitan's Tandoori Ayam as personally I think it is the best or one of the best I have tasted ever in Penang or even Malaysia. So imagine my dismay when I found out that this place serves every other food but not Tandoori Ayam with Cheese Garlic Naan which is my favorite! Oh well, we ended up ordering other stuff and in general I can say the food is pretty nice and tasty. I love the Dalgona Lamb Briyani as the lamb meat is cooked perfectly, the meat is soft. And overall with the basmati rice, I can taste the aromatic spices which is not too strong for me hence I love it. The rice with the curry from the lamb is delicious. Just thankful that even though I don't get to taste the Tandoori Chicken, the other good served here is nice as well!

Kapitan Signature is one of those restaurants you could honestly visit every day! The food is consistently amazing with no compromise on quality, and the best part—it's very reasonably priced. Every dish we tried was flavorful and satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a place with great food, great service, and great value, this is it. Highly recommend!
