This place gets really crowded before lunch. The food was on average side. The Tom yum was not up to the par. But the fried chicken was so juicy and succulent and vermicelli salad was really good!

The fried chicken is amazing.
Took the briani rice and fried chicken set.
Ordered extra fried chicken as well.
Papaya salad was so-so.
Portions are quite big.
Drinks are great but quite sweeeeet.

Prices are overall midrange.
Seafood dishes will definitely be more expensive.

I had an amazing experience at Kai Tod Decha in Hatyai! The fried chicken is absolutely delicious – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The food here is disappointing—I don’t understand why so many Malaysians visit or why it’s so highly recommended. The menu doesn’t display prices, which feels suspicious, and I had a strong feeling they would overcharge—and they did! I was definitely overcharged for a simple meal of fried rice, chicken, and a fried egg. The price for two people was unreasonable, and to make things worse, the food was overly salty and not enjoyable.
