A must-visit! A fresh fish and seafood market with an enormous selection — a feast for the eyes and the palate. You can buy and take home, but it's highly recommended to explore the lower level, choose any fish or seafood you can imagine and have it prepared however you like (raw, fried, grilled, etc.). Then head upstairs, pick a table, and within ten minutes you'll be served all the dishes you dreamed of, accompanied by plenty of pickled vegetables. As authentic as it gets, as fresh as can be, and all at incredibly low prices. Highly recommended!

This was a really neat experience. I have never seen a live seafood market anywhere near this big. There are so many vendors. You can buy your fresh seafood and can take it upstairs where there are numerous restaurants where they will prepare your seafood. You can't get any fresher than this. I was amazed at the huge variety of fish, eels, shellfish etc and they are all live. They circulate fresh sea water through all tanks and aquariums where they hold the fish till you buy it. There are some fish stands outside the market itself where you can also buy already cleaned and iced down seafood.

Really cool and lives up to the hype. We ordered ourselves some fresh abalone, clams and scallops and then had it cooked upstairs in one of the small restaurants. Probably wouldn’t go back as there are really good fresh seafood options across Busan but it’s a must do when visiting Busan !
