1 Hàng Mắm, Phố cổ Hà Nội, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội
We love this cafe!! We came to this cafe early in the morning for coffee and were blown away when we got inside. The whole cafe was so adorable with its rustic beach wreck design. The coffee was also served with the Viet coffee filter, which was charming because most cafes don't do that. You have to wait for the coffee to get filtered, but we didn't mind because we had time to explore the cafe. There's a mini shop on the 2nd floor filled with beautifully crafted bags, wallets etc. The coffee was strong, just as what we expected from Viet coffee. From our experience, we recommend their coffee. Will be back to try their food next time!
Hidden Gem Cafe in Hanoi truly lives up to its name—tucked away from the main streets but well worth finding. The food was fresh and tasty, with generous portions and good value for money. There’s plenty of seating, making it a relaxing spot to escape the bustle. The quirky decor adds charm and makes it feel like a secret retreat. A great stop for a casual meal or coffee in a unique setting. Saturday 7 am–10 pm Sunday 7 am–10 pm Monday 7 am–10 pm Tuesday 7 am–10 pm Wednesday. 7 am–10 pm Thursday 7 am–10 pm Friday 7 am–10 pm
Service: - Very Welcoming, Friendly and Fast - You place your order at the counter and they deliver to your table. - Rating: 5/5 Atmosphere: - Wow, what a cool place this is! - There were solos, couples, friends and families. - All the furniture and decorations are made from recycled items ??? - They also have some really cool artwork and Muriel’s. - There was some lovely background music playing and one guy was playing a guitar. - Such a Great vibe! - Rating: 5/5 My Order: - 1 x Egg Coffee - The egg cream is so thick and creamy, it’s more like a dessert than a coffee. Absolutely Delicious! Highly Recommend! - Price: 55K - Rating: 5/5 I didn’t have time to try the food, but the portion sizes looked good and the food looked delicious. The only downside was the mosquitoes decided to dine on me like I was a Buffet. Maybe the owners could spray the plants and surrounding areas ? Overall Rating: 5/5
? My Favorite Egg Coffee in Hanoi! This is hands down the best egg coffee I’ve had in Hanoi — creamy, rich, and beautifully served. The food here is also amazing! The spring rolls were super tasty (I absolutely loved them), and the banh mi was delicious with a perfect crunch. The atmosphere is truly one of a kind — cozy, creative, and full of charm. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great local food and a unique hidden spot in the heart of Hanoi!
As the name states, this cafe is a literally hidden gem next to an overpass bridge and scooter repair shop, and up a few flights of stairs. Once found, this place takes you into an entirely new world. It looks as though you stepped into the Borderlands movie or the tree house from Kids Next Door. Super rustic/futuristic/resourcefully designed. In the coolest way possible, it’s like they went to a scrap yard and built a cafe out of old car parts, metal pipes, and bicycle wheels. Add the touch of vibrant flowers, a fish tank, and a beautiful array of glass bottles, and you’ve got this amazing cafe. As for their offerings, the spring rolls were so good we ordered them twice, and the drinks were very beautifully crafted. They also serve beer and cocktails for those interested. The service was great, food was delicious, and the vibe was absolutely amazing. Definitely top 3 cafes in Hanoi.
