Half Acre is an absolute gem. The ambiance is a solid 10/10 – the space is beautifully designed, perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a special celebration or a casual dinner catch-up. The decor and setting really elevate the experience. As for the food, it’s nothing short of delicious. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. It’s a place I’d highly recommend!

Went there for a Valentine’s Day dinner and honestly, there was a lot of room for improvement. We arrived there around 15 minutes before our booking and they told us that our table wasn’t ready yet which was understandable. We were asked to wait in their waiting room. It had been more than 10 minutes past our booking time and we hadn’t been called yet. We noticed that a few people who had arrived later than us were seated before us. I tried to call out their attention to ask what happened to our table, yet no one was at the front desk and all the staff were occupied. The girl from the front desk finally came up and found us a table but didn’t apologise, just thanked us for waiting. Food was great and we really enjoyed most of it but there was a lot of waiting around for the next course. We probably waited at least 30mins for each course. During the booking, we booked for 2hrs but by the time that all our food was served, it was more than 2.5hrs. The only food that we didn’t enjoy was the lamb shawarma which was slightly cold and tough by the time it was served to us. The place had great ambience and potential but the service could have been better, especially considering that it was Valentines day.

We enjoyed the experience as a family. The only thing we would suggest would be an additional seafood (ie. shellfish) and a beef offering (either as part of buffet or main selection). For beverages, we only had coffees and they were decent. We can’t speak for the alcoholic offering, but look forward to trying them next visit!

Very attentive service ... and an enjoyable steak night evening ... scrumptious Sirloin for $35.00 add sides, drinks, and dessert ... $110.00 plus ... and $5.00 extra wine jus ... Great cocktails and wine selection. Open kitchen and spacious, better check those chairs, some of the woven mats are broken.

Absolutely loved this place! Went here for a friends hens, delicious cocktails and the buffet style food was delicious. Staff extremely on top of everything and so friendly.
