Light-tasted but delicious. They have chicken and fish-based broth and four-type of noodle (small, curly, big and red ones). With their designated specialty. As I am a fan of savoury broth, I still found that Seirock-ya is the one I prefer. Because of their thick broth and half-cooked noodle. Again, this is my personal preference only.
Tried their spicy version 'naga merah' ramen that is da bomb!! Best mix of spicy, savory and creamy sauce as they boil the egg together with the soup. The 'mie keriting' texture is suitable for this spicy soup and it absorbed all the juiciness perfectly. Definitely a destination for ramen lovers.
Good ramen, soft noodles and tasty broth. Also good gyoza. Overall the food was good and pleasant. They user pre packed tea, not fresh tea. It has that after taste. Cashier was absent and rather slow when we paid. I wish the service was faster.
Nice ramen place at PIM Street Gallery. I was craving this ramen and thankfully they are available in PIM (my usual go-to store is in Plaza Indonesia). It's accessible from the sky bridge PIM 2 south area 1F. I ordered Tam-tam Ramen along with Baked Gyoza, and it's good as always. The noodle is thin and the broth blends really well with all the condiments. The gyoza was juicy as well. The seating area also quite spacious and the interior is good as well. One thing I noticed is the server is spacing out a bit, but maybe because of the post-eid vibe. Overall, still a recommended place to go to eat Hakata-style ramen.
