The freshness and quality of the salads and sandwiches is notable here. They definitely make everything fresh everyday and that is a point of difference from quite a few shops, in my experience. I've seen quite a few recycled salads about, it is easy to tell if you look, but not here. The food is very well prepared with an inspired variety of ingredients in the salads, boxed up ready to go, as well as various good options in the sandwiches/rolls. There are some good breakfast/snack options as well. The service is quick. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and the quality is very good. There is a great outdoor seating area overlooking the post office square park.

Love this place for lunch. Great healthy options that actually taste good at a reasonable price. The salads are delicious but also highly recommend the shakes which are super tasty. If you are in a rush they have a number of to go options.

I've had the chicken Caesar salad from here twice and added avocado. The salad is actually really filling and flavourful. I do note the extra avocado serving size has varied each time, will have to try again to see what the usual portion size would be.

I ordered a Garden Salad, and I loved how customisable it was! I made my salad half rice and half salad with no extra charge. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was perfect. Also, the Leaner Smoothie was on point – refreshing and delicious. The combination made for a satisfying and healthy meal. I highly recommend Grazegrind for anyone looking for tasty, customisable salads and great smoothies.

Decent spot for lunch. The burgers were okay, but the chips were a bit soggy. Service was quick though. Kid-friendly, which was a plus for us. Might try again.
