This place is run by great people and the food is amazing. All planted based with great flavour and portion sizes. Food is prepared fast and everything we ordered came out as ordered and tasted delicious. If you want to try Singaporean food but are vegetarian, this is the place for you. If you have a large group and kids, the menu is very diverse with something for anyone.Pricing is very fair as well. We went on Pongal, and the staff included us in the festivities and gave us offerings from the prayer. Amazing experience!
Visited from Uk during Singapore trip. Amazing food, plant based and vegetarian menu with a wide variety of food, all the food we had was amazing in quality and flavour. Staff were always happy to help. Even my non vegan partner thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Came twice here in a 3 night trip! Definitely would recommend, great quality restaurant. 100% will be returning when next in Singapore. Thank you.
Everything was delicious except for the cereal prawn. The dishes felt like the closest version you’ll get to the real thing without any meat. Laksa had the expected spice blend minus the fermented seafood products. The Hokkien mee smelled strongly of garlic and had that wet-but-not-soupy consistency. If you’re a vegetarian tourist, you must come here to try the classic local fare.
Was craving for some quick vegan/vegetarian bites and decided to head to Gokuls. To my pleasant surprised their menu was completely revamped! They offered a wide variety of western, chinese, indian and fusion cuisines. Gokuls is certainly not a new name in Singapore's vegetarian landscape but the menu revamp was a refreshing experience for me personally. Looking forward to slowly trying out all their new dishes. Did I forget to mention that they also offer vegan durian cakes?? Just going to drop that in as well :)
