Ganges Indian Restaurant

Very nice restaurant, excellent food, very friendly staff. We went there two days in a row while we were in Beijing.Chef Suraj is very welcoming. Highly recommend their Veg Manchurian and Malai Kulfi.

The restaurant is located in food court in basement of The Place mall. Food is good, tastes like north indian home cooked food, very rare in China.

The staff is very polite and friendly. But the food wasn't great. We asked for fresh prepped things specifically, but we were left disappointed.

I went here today in the hopes of eating some Indian food. But a drunk guy who apparently works there (as per the waitress) was making me uncomfortable by  sitting on my table and then trying to talk to me. I fled from there as soon as possible without eating anything. As a lone female tourist, it's frightening when a man tries to get extra friendly with us. I hope the management does something about this. I was looking forward to having my dinners from here everyday since I would be here for two weeks. But, I am rethinking it now.
