Love it!!! Portion is filling. Bought the creamy onion loaded beef and cheesy loaded beef: fries are crispy and the beef is well-seasoned. I prefer the cheesy loaded one as the cheese taste complements the beef and fries well Only downside perhaps is that the sauce may not reach parts of the fries that are covered by other fries, can consider requesting for the layering of fries and sauce for better sauce coverage

Good fries! Splendid taste…especially the Korean, Sour n Cream and cheese. Children really love it. Waiting time a bit slow, especially when it’s a hot sunny day & area not spacious to stand in line or waiting for your food. As paying for $10 or more per fries, at least the portion of fries be more generous …you won’t go wrong if your food is good …and generous.

I gave frités fries a try after seeing all the videos & pictures on social media & it was splendid. I had the Cheesy Loaded Beef for the first visit & Truffle Loaded Beef for the 2nd. The fries were perfectly fried to a golden brown & delivered an irresistible crispiness with every bite. They were quite generous with the sauces too. Honestly as a cheese person, I preferred the Truffle Loaded a lot more. The beef was fresh & juicy. It’s quite comparable to Voodoo Fries from Wingstop & Best Fries Forever when it was still operational. However, I do agree it’s more to the expensive side starting at $10 for everything but it’s nice to have once in a while. Customer service was good. Both times I visited, the different staffs were polite. The waiting time can be quite long if you come on the weekends & very limited seating so you’ll most probably just takeaway & eat elsewhere. I will definitely come back to try out more flavours & I would love to see the addition of more different food options or flavors in the future.

this is my first loaded nachos experience and im so glad i tried this from frites!! had this for takeaway and they were not stingy w the ingredients (hope this maintains!!) . whatever that was in here, the sauces all was a great harmony!! $12 takeaway or $11 if u eat it direct. i would buy this again, keep it up guys!! oh and the blonde hair male staff, good service from him
