I had a rather early supper at this eatery at Bugis junction. I had spaghetti, pumpkin and citron tea. The meal was quite satisfying. The pricing was affordable. Service was excellent and the ambience is perfect. A must try, if you are in this area.

Had the seasonal pistachio pancake. It was fluffy, but the butter taste was mild. Pistachio taste not very kao. When poured the sauce over the chocolate, lowkey thought it was gonna melt the chocolate.. but it didnt even crack lol. Overall the food as expected and the great location

May 2025 Edit: Pancakes aren't as good as they used to be, the texture is slightly wet and a bit undercooked now, unlike previous times. Portion sizes have also decreased, only 2 pancakes are served instead of 3. We prefer the original and the honey nut butter flavours. Really enjoyed this! We came on a late weekday afternoon so it wasn't too crowded. The pancakes here are really amazing, and don't be fooled by their fluffiness, they are actually very filling! So it's pretty worth the price in my opinion. What I like about Flippers is that they are really generous with their cream, unlike some other souffle pancake joints, so there's more than enough to enjoy all 3 pancakes completely. Additionally, we are big fans of the pancake texture here—soft, fluffy and moist, without the gross undercooked wetness that some other places have to offer! Would definitely come again when I'm craving souffle pancakes.

This place is my family's favorite pancake spot, I only got to try it recently. The place is at Bugis Junction's indoor shopping street, it has loads of fans so even though it was sunny it didn't feel hot. Sat down at around 5.30 PM. Managed to get the last monthly special that day, the pistachio pancake. It was very good, the pancakes were fluffy and jiggly, my siblings said that it has some omega egg aftertaste, but I didn't really taste it, which is great (some Japanese pancakes have this weird raw egg taste. This one didn't), the sauce was nutty and sweet. The pancakes had this chocolate sauce in the center, with white chocolate dome and strawberries, every component was paired beautifully. For the savory dishes we tried the mentaiko cream pasta, which was very umami filled by the abundant cod roe. We also got the black pepper hamburg baked rice, which had many flavors, we liked it, but probably because we shared the dish, I could imagine it'll probably be too much for one person. Staffs were friendly and nice. Of course I'll come here again.
