Located upstairs, we are greeted by friendly and warm service. Food here has been well thought through, with a strong focus on health. There is a specials board which offers a different meal on special. There a range of smoothies, shakes and desserts to choose from as well.

For those of who want to eat out without feeling guilty - this is the perfect place. The food was mouth wateringly delicious! The portions are great as well. The service is world class… the servers are so friendly and they went the extra mile by giving us a free cake to sample before they add it to the menu … that too was a guilt free pleasure for us! Thank you!

My friend and I were having lunch here, it’s my third visit and my friend’s first visit. She loves the food and the place! Service was good too. I had beef rendang with cauliflower rice and my friend had salmon dish, we also order an additional Shakshouka, that’s a lot for two ladies but the food was so good and we finished them all. Drinks were lovely too, I especially loved the turmeric latte.

I came to the restaurant with my dad on 23rd April 2025 - wow it did not disappoint!! I have a gluten allergy, so therefore navigating GF options within Malaysia has proven quite difficult. Up until we discovered this gem of a place!! The portions were very decent size, the menu was so fresh and vibrant and accommodating to my dietary needs - only 2 items on the whole menu I couldn’t have!! I had a banana, avocado, coconut kefir, date and cacoa thick shake alongside the chicken with sweet potato mash and sauted veggies with eggs - delicious! My dad had the lamb kofta with baba ganoush, sweet potato fries on the side and tabbuleh. He also said how divine it was! I loved it here that much I got a piece of red velvet cake to take away as well as a packet of almond butter cookies! All in preparation for my flight back to the UK tomorrow as GF is so difficult to find. If I could come to Kuala Lumpur weekly to have this food again I would - from someone with allergies I’ve never had such delicious fresh food all while feeling safe - thank you Fittie Sense I wish I could package you up and take you back to the UK!

A fantastic experience at Fittie Sense, fabulous gluten and dairy free options and the cafe is very health conscious without compromising on taste. Food is delicious and staff are welcoming and friendly. Very good work space as well for laptop users. The cafe itself is in Bangsar, upstairs and no disabled access that I could see forever is clean and comfortable. Thank you
