Our stay at Dome was good. Located up,on the hill with a nice view,it’s a walking distance to the beach..the food was excellent and the bedroom was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However there are a few things that need more attention, such as : * the kitchen could be cleaner,. * the cutlery was limited, only two each although the room we stayed was for 4 people, * the washing rack was rusty, * the tea pot still had a mouldy teabag inside from previous guests * the bathroom had strong mouldy smell

We spent 4 days and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They speak good English and are super organised and welcoming. The place was extremely clean, rooms clean, tidy, comfortable beds and a good aircon. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent. The Scooters are the best I had on My stay on Lombok. The location and the view is great.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. We love the place. Our room had no tv (not sure about other rooms), and honestly we don’t care because the wifi connection is solid. Our room was clean and so was the bathroom. The only downside is there was no water boiler in the room so we couldn’t enjoy hot drinks on our time, but maybe this is because the tap water was somewhat salty (its like a mix of ocean water and regar water). The safety box was not working so that was a bummer. Food was delicious (breakfast and dinner - except the breakfast’s pancake because it was floury and fluffy). The breakfast is included with the room, though it is not a buffet style. You need to order from the menu, inclusive drinks. It’d be nicer if there’s at least 2 variety of nasi goreng. For dinner, you can either dine in at the restaurant or request your meals to be delivered to your room. We had our delivered to our room so we can enjoy a quiet dinner, accompanied with the lovely cats. We fed the cats with cat dry food, if you can, please do the same and show them some love. The employees were friendly and nice. There is also a convenient mart nearby (not within walking distance because of the way the road is set up). Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Uphill with great view to ocean Bay. Sunset view is amazing. Quite, well designed space with fresh air. Some leaking is going from AC Blok inside the room but can be fixed. Separate laptop zone which is really appreciated. Very nice and responsible staff. Tasty and various menu suitable for vegetarians.
