Visited the Thalappakatti Kandy branch recently. While the food didn’t really excite me, I must mention the excellent service — especially the cashier who was very helpful and welcoming. One thing that needs urgent attention is cleanliness: the floors and steps were quite sticky, even through my shoes. Daily cleaning would definitely improve the overall experience. Still giving 4 stars mainly for the staff’s attitude and effort.

We really liked this Indian restaurant in Sri Lanka! We were craving Indian food, checked the reviews, and decided to come here — and it was absolutely the right choice. Every dish was incredibly tasty, the service was excellent, and the food was prepared very quickly. We give it the highest rating! Today we came back for the second time — and once again, we were impressed. Our favorites were the Chicken Saucy Lollipop , Butter Chicken Masala and Parotta ?? Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thalappakatti in Kandy!
