A great atmosphere but with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE NAME OF MAHA!!! SUPER RUDEEEEEE!!!! She was super rude by not explaining me well about the payment methods nets/master/visa..The way she explain was really rude by making her eyes bigger and her tone of voice is not supposed to be in service line But was apologises and talk nicely by janah... thanks janah for explaining well.. I don't like to complain.. Sorry for giving you gains 3 stars.. I really hope The Manager can look into this... MACDONALD STAFF more busier and can give better customer service then general class restaurant? SHAMEEEE ON MAHA.. You can just quit your job if you are not improving.

Although I’ve come across many negative reviews about the customer service, I had a pleasant experience there today. A big thank you to Kumaraguru for being so gracious, attentive and welcoming. I hope everyone gets the chance to be served by her!

I had a wonderful experience at Causeway point DELIFRANCE! The staff named Jay and Maha were warm, attentive, and very efficient. They made great recommendations and served everything with a smile. The food was delicious, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. Thank you guys for the excellent service, I’ll definitely be back!
