Came for the 3pm-4pm specials - 2 meals for $10. (Offer does not include curry laksa and nasi lemak). We ordered BBQ Chicken Rice & Roasted Chicken Noodle. Did not get any soup; not sure whether we have to mention it or not. Taste wise so-so. You do realise you get what you pay for, right??

My personal favourite here is the hainanese chicken rice which tasted authentic and was served in a fair portion. Got a cheap price tag and suitable for a quick meal. Can get very very busy during office break hours

What a find! Great, Asian style chicken rice in several flavours. Today, we had the black pepper crispy chicken rice and crispy chicken noodles. Really good. And, pro tip - they have a happy hour from 3 to 4 in the arvo, and you get two meals for $10. Insane value. Will be back...

Ordered large Hainan chicken rice. Rice: 4/5. Appropriately flavoured with a hint of ginger. Some parts slightly undercooked. Overall not bad. Chicken: 4/5. I liked that it had a combination of breast and thigh with skin on. Slightly more cooked than ideal ie a little dry. Chilli: 5/5. Authentic flavours with ginger and garlic. Mild but would be spicy enough if you add a lot. Soup: 0/5. There was NO SOUP! Soup is essential with this dish. However, it had cucumbers which were nice. Price: 5/5. Great value for money, $9.80 for standard chicken rice and $13 for large. Overall not bad, authentic flavours. Addition of soup would lift it significantly. Will come back if I don’t find a better chicken rice place.
