On our second visit, we decided to try the braised chicken, and it was absolutely delicious—instantly reminding me of my mum’s cooking from when I was growing up in Korea. The fried chicken was equally impressive! Easily one of the best Korean chicken spots in Perth! 찜닭도 맛있고 치킨도 맛있고 여기 최고예요

Now, to say any place is the best or one of the best eateries in Perth is always questionable especially with a various amount of expectations and opinions around. So when we discovered this place we too weren't soo sure, but given it scored so highly with other patrons we couldn't resist. What followed was the absolutely best fried chicken we had ever had in Perth and the tteokbokki also hit the flavour palate perfectly. Because of this little korean eatery, we will now deliberately drive here whenever we feel like friend chicken and notable fried chicken chains around Perth will be given a second thought!

This is an outstanding Korean restaurant which specialises in Fried Chicken. Unfortunately, the Jjimdak looked to good not to try so we ordered that this time round. It exceeded expectations in portion size, quality and taste. It looks heavy but it wasn’t! The sauce complemented all the other ingredients so well and you can’t get enough! Check this place out if you’re looking for a good Korean restaurant!

My family and I were visiting Perth and made a quick search for halal food nearby. We found this place and gave it a go. My first impression on this place is it is very clean, tidy and has a nice vibe to it. I accidentally took a peek into the kitchen behind the curtains and was amazed by the cleanliness and tidiness. The tables for customers were clean, and the floor was also clean. The are many dishes on the menu but we decided to go with the classic korean dish, Boneless Soy Garlic. We're very surprised by the quality of the food! It was very fresh, perfectly seasoned, nice sweetness to the sauce. We're lucky we ordered whole 800g because it was just nice for the 4 of us. When the food came, we were unsure it we can finish all of it, the portion was huge! The staffs too were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to make our order. She clarified my questions and concerns before i made my order and she is always smiling when attending to us. This place also has a little corner with an old table radio(if I'm not mistaken), an old rotary telephone, and lots of selfie props to take pictures which I find cute. My kids were busy at this corner which is a good thing. Overall a pleasant experience here and we will definitely come again if we visit Perth! Thank you Chicken Lab.

Took a trip down to chicken lab and was absolutely ?? We placed an order with the friendly staff up front for 2 whole fried boneless chickens, chilli mango and lime mayo and some snow chips Our total was around $90 The chips came out and we were absolutely stunned The flavours were incredible and the chips were fresh and had a beautiful texture ?? Then the chicken We got down to it, and that chicken was absolutely fire ? The chickens texture was great, fresh, crispy, juicy as can be and delicious as a chicken But it was also swimming in those 2 sauces, and they were truely something to write home about The chilli mango was an absolute banger, not too much spice to overwhelm that delicious mango flavour And the lime mayo was a subtle and interesting new flavour that I've never tried before Both were great and we were truely satisfied 9/10 would definitely recommend giving them a visit, they're food is incredible, and the place is nice and cosy They're also halal certified ?
