As a die-hard fan of spicy chicken sandwiches, I have long awaited to grace our humble shores, what has been considered a top contender in the fast food chicken sandwich wars. Call it denial but after returning thrice in the span of 2 weeks, I have to relent that it is.. just alright. A very solid burger for sure but far short of its legendary reputation. While I admire the bold simplicity of their spicy chicken sandwich with only 3 components, each needed to achieve perfection but ultimately failed to deliver an impactful bite. The sandwich was served in an insulated bag which helped keep the bun toasty and moist, but dampened the crispiness of the chicken patty. The patty had a pleasant mild heat when had on its own but without any sauce, it is a little on the dry side. Unfortunately, pairing any sauce with it completely masks the spice so that’s not a solution either. Speaking of which, their sauces are definitely the highlight. Their signature Chick-fil-A sauce had a unique blend of tangy and sweet flavours and the spicy chili sauce had a good heat. Add to that the fact that you can request unlimited quantities is honestly a rarity that is very much appreciated in today’s fast food scene. In terms of sides, the meal came served with waffle fries that lacked crispiness even when served fresh. And the chicken nuggets weren’t anything special. While the food may not have met expectations, the service is absolutely exceptional. Friendly, professional and provided a level of service that is beyond what you would expect from a fast food establishment. Whether it’s fetching more sauces, refilling drinks or even when they needed to gently have us vacate our seats when we were done, each service was performed with a smile and honoured everyone as patrons. In the end, it was a solid dining experience with a good value and it definitely won’t be the last time we visit.

Amazing service! The staff were all friendly and very hard working. Tables were cleared away promptly and wiped clean. The restaurant was sparkling clean. Thomson was lovely and offered to refill my drink for me. The food was fresh and hot and tasty. I love the system of reserving your table before ordering your food, saves the stress of having to look for a table with a tray full of food!

Second trip done and it was good. Cookies and cream milkshake rocks. The deluxe sandwich with cheddar and waffle fries are awesome and the best sauces to me are the chick fil a sauce and the spicy chili sauce. Oh and the nuggets are good too :) The other sauces I have tried were just ok. >>> For those who don’t know, Chick-fil-A is a major US fast-food chain (rank no 3 in US by sales and no 1 for service) founded in the 1940s, known for its chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and being closed on Sunday for religious reasons, oh and Singapore is it’s first outlet in Asia Pacific ❤️ For my trip there, I must say that the service standard given is better than a whole lot of restaurants I have been to in Singapore where I have spent a whole lot more $$$, so the service is beyond excellent. Simple example is someone coming by and asking if we want water and then produced 2 cups of icy water for me and my mate vs restaurants that charge for tap water. And sharing fun facts about the SG restaurant (eg the creatures in the communal table) and more. But you are going there for the food and it does not disappoint. The chicken sandwich is awesome 🤩 The chick fil a sauce and spicy chilli sauce were great 🌶️ The herb ranch one was ok only for me. The hand washing machine is highly effective for when you need to get clean after 👏🏻 Will definitely be back to try other stuff 😋

had patronised chick fil a with my work colleague last month and with my cousins for my birthday and germaine ngl was the sweetest girl that was super duper polite and friendly and she blushed a bit while i called her so young (cause she is apparently my sister's age who is 16y/o :) she efficiently took my order and checked with me accurately that i ordered correctly and damn you gotta give her a raise as i can see a potential in her being a good leader in near future and all the best to you girlie

Firstly, be prepared to queue as there are extremely long queues even at 5pm. Despite this, the customer service is top notch. The staff will come to you asking you to write down your name and number of pax dining it. Next, they will usher you to the counter to order and place your card on the table. Very efficient! On to the food, the grilled chicken sandwhich is not my recommendation. I suspect the chicken is chicken breast because it was dry and hard to bite down. It is definitely a good alternative for people trying to look for a healthier option. For the deluxe burger, the patty was way more juicy and flavourful. I like that the crust was not too heavy and fried just nice. The sauces that i would recommend is the CFA sauce, ranch and spicy chili. One pax is entitled to 3 sauces and the drinks are refill-able!
