G/F, 45-47 Cochrane St, Central, Hong Kong
well, there's not much burgers around at midnight in central, so ditched the usual shawarma and tried this new spot out. The burger ingredients come together very well, a modest amount of beef definitely got a bit of a charred taste, and the rest leaves a nice tangy almost spicy aftertaste. Even the buns have flavor. at 100 HKD it's an okay deal, hopefully they increase portion sizes or at least throw in some fries on the side.
Decent, cozy and small burger hut subtly parked below tall buildings and away from the streets. Could only seat about 10 people (both indoor and outdoor) at most roughly. The burgers were moderate in portion, but fries were pretty generous. Best to try the burgers with the sauces they provide on your tables as some may find them a bit lacking in sauce. Overall, they had a nice freshly grilled taste to the patties. A pretty good halal place for those in HK who just feel like having decent western food to end off their day.
We came around 12:30AM , ordered beef rice, chicken burger, tater tots, crispy garlic wings. The beef rice is 10/10 please eat with their orange n green sauce (i dont know the name) . It is so extremely good. Garlic wings with thai sauce. Tater tots is mashed potato. We are so full with all other food. So we'll eat chicken burger later! Worth to support this stall!! I hope they'll sustain and striving!
