Chaishi is one of my favorite restaurants in Beijing, known for its beef noodles. The stewed beef, chili oil are musts for my family and sometimes we order bbq kebabs as well. You will have to wait during lunch or dinner hours but it usually doesn't take that long. Very local place and highly recommend!!
