Level 5 Customs House, 31 Alfred St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
I visited on a weekday with a reservation, and the place was fully booked! As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning view—it’s absolutely breathtaking. The whole experience was amazing, and it turned into such a memorable moment for me! There are plenty of great food options to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. I can already tell this is a spot I’ll be recommending to my friends! The daytime view is beautiful, and I bet the night skyline is just as incredible. If you’re in Sydney, this place is an absolute must-visit!
Great 1st experience at this venue. Beautiful Customs House Building. The view of harbour at Circular Quay from the restaurant is spectacular. The service from our waitress Stephanie was superb. She was caring, pleasant, attentive and efficient. The food was high quality, but small servings for the price. Luckily we aren’t big eaters. Desert was very nice, even surprisingly generous. Drinks and coffee great, but a little on the expensive side. Overall experience is very good, I just wish the food servings were a little bigger.
This Sydney cafe offers a truly delightful experience. The views are quite remarkable, providing a beautiful backdrop to the meal. The food itself is of a high standard, with each dish demonstrating attention to detail and quality ingredients. The drink selection is also noteworthy, and the desserts are particularly impressive. It's a pleasant place to enjoy a meal, especially if you appreciate good food and a scenic setting.
I stopped by Café Sydney for a quick lunch ( I have a reservation ) on a sunny, scorching day. While the most picturesque tables were empty due to the heat, I was still able to move to a shaded spot near the private room that offered a lovely view of the harbour. The food was fresh and flavorful. The seafood platter was naturally sweet and perfectly chilled, the scallops were delicately seasoned, and the grilled fish was tender and satisfying. Even the simple salad was vibrant and refreshing. With the strong sunlight pouring in, every dish looked stunning in photos — a visual treat to go with the delicious meal. Café Sydney continues to impress with both its culinary quality and its iconic setting above Circular Quay. ?
