Was starving in Chinatown (I'm vegetarian) and stumbled upon this godsend! Delicious vegetarian food, and as authentic as ever. The staff are shy and don't speak English. However, you can choose what you want from their buffet-like arrangement, or show them a picture of what you want - noodle soup/noodles/rice etc. Folks are super sweet and warm. :)

This is definitely NOT a vegetarian food stall. Maybe they only offer vegetarian food certain time of the month in line with Vietnamese buddhism. When I went there, the dishes were definitely at least 80% meat and seafood dishes.
