48 Noksapyeong-daero 40-gil, Yongsan District, Seoul, South Korea
No surprises, it was fantastic! The atmosphere of the exotic restaurant and grand view of Noksapyeong is so cool. I think Buddahsbelly has the most astonishing view in the around Itaewon area Mom and I tried our best to get as many different dishes as this was our first time here. We had 2 appetizers Som tam (green papaya salad) and Fried prawn cake. And we all had different main dishes of Pad Thai noodle and Fried Crab with yellow curry! We were so impressed from the start. The appetizers were so flavorful and the main entrees were so tasty wowing us with every bite We really loved this place and will definitely be back.
Very nice thai restaurant in Seoul! + the pad thai and the stir fry chicken with cashew nuts were very tasty. A bit too little chicken in the pad thai in my opinion, but nonetheless very tasty + reasonable portions and the food came quite fast + friendly waiters. The restaurant is foreigner friendly: they speak english and they offer an english menu - we didn’t enjoy the crab curry that much, but I think this may be a matter of taste. We didn’t expect to find such good thai food in Seoul. Especially because we tried another thai restaurant with good grades and it was a 3/5. I would come back here another time if I happen to be in the area. Note: they don’t serve food between 3:30 and 4:30pm.
The restaurant is run entirely by Thai chefs, so I could really taste the authentic flavors of Thailand. With the nice weather lately, opening the windows gave the space a refreshing, open feel and a lovely view. The Thai pasta was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a great dining experience overall.
When you come to Itaewon, just visit here in Thai restaurant. There menu are fusion with THAI and Korean, you could enjoy fresh and good flavor. I recommand Set menu with white wine or high-ball. Make fantastic time with awesome view in this restaurant. Believe me. (from Korean)
My husband and I visited Buddha's Belly in Itaewon and ordered the Royal Set for Two. We took a day off just to come here and enjoy a quiet lunch together—something we hadn’t done since getting married! We thought about bringing our son, but decided to have some quality time, just the two of us. The atmosphere and view were absolutely beautiful—calm, cozy, and perfect for a special lunch. It was our first time trying the Thai pasta and Neua Sadung, and both dishes completely blew us away. My husband literally fell in love with Buddha’s Belly on the spot! If we get the chance, we’d 100% come back again. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, flavorful dining experience.
