Keep coming back here on my lunch breaks. They cook fast and really good. My favorite is classic Betty with bacon or egg. I love the place and the service. The staff is really good and always leaves me satisfied, even in rush hour.

Incredible service from the worker at the register! (23rd Jan 2025). I didn't grab his name, but he was calm, kind, spoke well and made my visit a memorable one!. I travel to the GC a few times a year and always visit BB, either at Surfers or Broadbeach. This first contact experience definately turned around what was an ordinary day for me. He is a true asset to Betty Burgers and deserves a call out for outstanding service!.

The burgers are very fresh and have good flavour. Their grilling is nice. I happen to love onion rings and I find these disappointing at Betty's. Too dry/too thin/not much flavour, but somehow too salty. The chips are pretty good though. Atmosphere is just a shade too noisy. Service, well, you can tell they are working, but somehow, that queue at the front is one of the slowest. I have a feeling they need to do better training of simple moves to be more effective. I would return, just keeping in mind the time element, and maybe sitting outside for a little more quiet.

First time for us in Betty’s and I order a Burger for my daughter she doesn’t eat mayonnaise and I forgot to say when I was ordering, so I went back to ask if is a chance to change it and this guy has an amazing CAN DO attitude was so amazing, very polite and very friendly!! Burger were amazing and the best is the Thick milkshake!!! We will comeback Thanks ?

Every visit to Betty’s Burgers is a treat, but my recent experience was made truly unforgettable thanks to one incredible team member: Jackson. From the moment I walked in, Jackson’s energy was magnetic. He greeted every customer like an old friend, effortlessly balancing professionalism with genuine warmth. In a world where great service is becoming rare, Jackson is a reminder of how impactful one person’s attitude can be. Not only did he guide me through the menu with insightful recommendations (the Betty’s Classic with avocado – game changer!), but he also managed to keep the entire dining area running smoothly while still checking in on guests with a smile. It was clear that both his team and the customers respected and appreciated his presence. Betty’s is known for its delicious burgers, but with team members like Jackson, it’s also becoming known for unforgettable hospitality. I’ll definitely be back – and I’ll be telling everyone to ask for Jackson.
