What an impeccable restaurant! This is a top quality fine dining Australian restaurant to visit! We came here for our anniversary and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The food was so freshly made and very generous in portions. The pork belly was our favourite - the pork was so tender and the crackle was cooked very well. Need to come back to try the rest of their menu!

AMAZING - food, ambiance, service, EVERYTHING!!! It’s the first restaurant we’ve been to in Perth that has actually superseded our expectations. The waitstaff were lovely, attentive, knowledgeable and overly accomodating. Food was to die for. Can’t wait to go back!! What an incredible restaurant! This is a top notch quality dining Australian restaurant to visit! We came here with a friend whom highly recommended this place as his favourite place. Atmosphere was nice and intimate with tables all nicely spaced out. On the service, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Their food was definitely a standout, everything was freshly made and generous in portions (we were a group of 3) The pork belly was our favourite - it was so tender and the crackle was on point. The fish and the duck mains were also very strong contenders. Wine list was also extensive with a wide range of local and international selections that will please the most discerning drinkers. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely return whenever we come back to Perth.

Great dinner spot in Perth! We were told by multiple people that Balthazar had the best kangaroo, and this dish did not disappoint! Great cocktail and wine selection with lots of local options. The kangaroo was cooked perfectly and the zuchini risotto was super tasty. Would highly recommend!

First time visiting this incredible restaurant! From the start to the end, everything was on point! Those oysters with the lemon & beetroot dressing together exploded in my mouth. I absolutely loved them! My main dish which was the duck breast, oh my goodness, soft, perfect seasoning? the sauce was a bit too sweet for me but together with everything on the plate just made everything taste amazing!! My partner tried the kangaroo steak for the first time ever and he loved it! He said it was cooked to perfection:) Both of our desserts were top notch. Especially my mont blanc with the perfect combo of the mandarin sorbet. The host who welcomed us at first by the entry was amazing!
