Mixed experience. The atmosphere was dull, and service was lacking. Food came in plastic bowls, which felt odd when we were dining in rather than taking out. The tandoori chicken had a nice smoky char but was a bit dry. Curries were rich but heavy. On the bright side, the chapati was delicious, and the mutton keema was well-spiced. Worth a try for bold Indian flavors, but overall, it just met expectations.

Very good food and service. Even though I'm a foreigner they were patient with me and let me order slowly until I got what I needed. I spent $10.50 SGD for a very good and filling meal with 2 japati bread (looks like thick tortillas), mutton masala, eggs dish, and veg. It was also very convenient because they accept "Tap to Pay" with Google wallet. Overall it was a very nice experience and I will go back again on my next visit.

I ordered chapati + mutton keema. While I enjoyed the food, I agree with the other commenters that being served with plastic utensils while dining in did feel rather odd. The plastic utensils also made it rather hard to cut the chapati, so I used my hands instead. I also visited during the nighttime, where the spinning fans under the light also gave the impression of flickering lights (see video) which made me slightly giddy. While I’ll probably return for the food, I will probably either come in the day or do a takeaway instead next time.

Came here specifically for their famous chapati & mutton keema. Chapati was fresh & served warm. Dough was not too thick nor thin. It was as good on it’s own. Mutton keema was proportionate for the price ($4). Minced meat was tender. The keema had a smoky slightly charred taste to it, which made it even tastier to eat with the chapati. Dhal gravy was a bit watery for my liking. However, the generous serving of lentils made up for it. Overall a delicious meal, a Singapore classic.
