Friendly and good service from Auntie Anne outlet at Parkway Parade shopping mall. On the spot freshly made soft and chewy pretzels, many sweet & savoury favours available. Expect brisk business as queue form quickly during peak hours. Tip: Sign up as a member online and get one time use newbie one for one voucher. Two pretzels for the price of one! Also, during your birthday month another one for one voucher will be issued and to be used within 30 days.

Came in about 3 minutes before closing time and the staff was so nice and pleasant. As it was so close to closing time, my usual order was out and I changed my mind quite a few times on what I wanted since I hardly ordered out of my regular order.. but the lady serving was so patient and event went the extra mile of patiently suggesting alternatives for me! I know how frustrating it must be to have an indecisive customer at closing time but they never made me feel unwelcomed. Didn’t manage to catch their names or face as they were wearing mask but the lady serving me sounded Malay. I came in at closing time, on friday 24 May! Send my warmest compliments to your staff at this outlet! Will definitely be returning back.

Came before 9pm and female staff was really patience n was really quick for the ones w/O butter! Def better service and faster waiting time then other branches!

23 August 2024 Have been eating at the Auntie Anne's Parkway branch since awhile back, and while I don't eat it super often, I'm delighted that their pretzels are always piping hot and the toppings (in this cinnamon sugar) are substantial. Standards still haven't dropped at all!
