We were looking for a traditional Vietnamese restaurant and were surprised to see hamburgers and spaghetti on the menu. We were afraid the food wouldn’t be authentic Vietnamese. But the food was delicious and definitely traditional Vietnamese. Definitely would recommend this family owned restaurant. We saw a great hamburger and fries brought out to another table. LOL

Great food at a decent price, quick service and a friendly atmosphere, what more can you ask. We had the Vietnamese special fried fish, and the fried duck with ginger and both were excellent. Can’t say if it was the norm, but it did seem to close relatively early on the night we were there and there were several folks who were disappointed and unable to get a table, so come earlier in the evening would be a good idea just in case.

The food is delicious and has a comforting, home-style flavor. We enjoyed the corn soup so much that we ordered a second bowl! Their local wines are also worth trying. The restaurant is tucked away on a small street, and we found it using Google Maps. Definitely give it a try if you’re in Hanoi!
