What an experience. I am new to detox and fasting, now living in Phuket and after regularly hearing such great reviews about Atsumi ... I had to go experience this for myself. I wanted the best Phuket had to offer, and after discovering Atsumi is the original detox centre here, I felt I was in the care of professionals, I was nothing short of thoroughly impressed with how powerful their program is. I had limited time so only did a short Raw Food Fast. Arriving at the property I immediately shifted down a gear into a peaceful state of relaxation.. you are literally immersed in nature, the perfect place to unwind and focus on health. The staff are truly passionate about the program and what they do, the results speak for themselves. Within a few days my skin was glowing, energy up, mind clear, reduced body fat & bloating, and a peaceful sense of happiness. I left with not only renewed health and energy but education/resources on how to live a healthier lifestyle and the long-term healing benefits of detox and fasting. Looking forward to next time! I have spent 2 weeks at Atsumi in June/July and had a memorable experience. It was my first ever detox and didn't know what to expect. I was lucky in a way to be the only guest for most of my stay and the team and staff went way and beyond to make me feel at my best. All very kind, friendly, interested and accommodating. I would love to be back!

I am a several times return guest to Atsumi. I first stayed in 2006. It is the most amazing experience! Fasting in a supportive environment with a proven plan that works. It is a total body and mind transformation. Days are filled with massages, yoga, beach, mountain walks, night markets, sunsets, steam sauna, meditation and other fabulous activities. The owner and all the staff make it truly magical. The location is serene and breathtaking. I love everything about Atsumi and highly recommend it. ?

I just attended Atsumi Healing Retreat and did another 7 day full fast in December of 2023. It's the fourth time I have done it now in 10 years and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to push the reset button on their health and make a new start. Atsumi staff are very helpful and accommodating and for me, honestly I could not do a full fast on my own, having Atsumi there to hold my hand through the process and provide the facilities with the daily colonics, massage, supplements and advice. I recommend Atsumi Healing Retreat to anyone seeking a profound and holistic reset for their health and the strength to make it through a fasting/detox program.

I found Atsumi healing center online and before booking with thwm i tried to contact other healing centers that offer Chi Nei Tsang massage but noone was so kind and helpful + with great english as this center. So i booked my first massage. I cant even express my feelings properly but i can tell you that even though its a bit far from Patong its totally worth it! Also its painful a little bit but totally worth of going there. Mrs Karn is amazing! After my first massage, my two friends came and they were delighted. Then i brought my mum and i came again. Then my cousin came as well and everyone loved the place, the massage and Mrs Karn. I kindly recommend Atsumi healing center for everyone who want to experience Chi Nei Tsang or any other service they offer!
