Mr Arif,front office manager, guided us well on the area and very friendly. Ms Uli,front counter staff,helped us to book grab to locations we wanted to go. Always with a smile & polite Room service was good and very efficient. As for the morning breakfast buffet, for coffee and tea they are using spoons. They can change to stirrer so that the stirrer will fit the cup perfectly. It will be better if they can provide towels at the swimming pool area instead of putting the towels inside the gym No time clock at the gym and swimming pool area. It will be better if they have one at these areas. Overall, nice place to stay and enjoyed my stay there.

Clean room, friendly staff, affordable price, strategic location, ayce breakfast with many menu and good taste, the best lah this hotel. I stay 1 month for bussiness trip. Thanks Asialink...

Manage to Book a room with add bed request. Room is comfortable and staff is friendly. First night hotel was short off blanket supply, staff is so efficient to look into the issue at the second night after we alarm the room service. Breakfast overall is good. Filled with rice, noodle, porridge, bread (give Peanut spread a try)salad all good for us.

Clean n comfortable rm for a short stay, value for money, very good customer service
