Didn’t want it to end! Around Green sits across from a playground and the sounds of children laughing pair well with the cool ambience of this restaurant where the master chef, Kimhyesun, and her little pup host guests with a lovely selection of jazz and a menu to match. We ordered Eggplant Rice Plate, Fried Potato, Vegetable Risotto, Mushroom Pizza, Green Tea Latte with Coconut Milk. Absolute paradise. Wish all restaurants made food with love like Kimhyesun :) Will come back anytime I’m in Seoul ✨ P.S. Get the Mushroom Pizza!
Great vegan restaurant! The space is very small but has a very cozy feeling. You have to use the bathroom located right across the playground which was surprisingly very clean ?. Food was delicious and they had some baked goods that you could also buy and take with you.
Small & cosy vegan restaurant in Mangwon-dong that serves western cuisine like pastas, sandwiches & salads, coffee, a small selection of cookies & cakes & ice cream. It’s a small space with cosy & homely vibes. It seems like it’s always full but whenever I come here during off-peak hours, I never had to wait. The black bean steak’s homegrown & homemade, served with brown rice & salad which was yummy. The coconut milk latte’s smooth & the coffee’s not acidic. ?? Recommendation - Black bean steak | 13,000 KRW - Basil pesto sandwich | 8,500 KRW - Coconut milk latte | 5,000 KRW
Hidden restaurant upstairs, look out for a wooden sign outside th building. ;) No English menu, but the owner will help you. I got the soy milk pasta. Everything was cooked on the spot. Textures were right (pasta al dente, fried onions, some mushrooms and lots of garlic), seasoning on point.
