At least the staff in here tried to be friendly. I visited this hotel restaurant for dinner and ordered a cheese starter and a main dish with some bread. Both were good in taste. Actually I wanted to drink an indian beer, but the only beer type they had was one from Bhutan, which was quite awful in taste. I would return for good food, but without any other expectations.
I visited this Hotel restaurant for dinner with my wife and ordered a main dish with some bread. It was amazing in taste. The management was extremely nice. Especially Mr. Bhagwan Singh Chauhan. He made sure our food arrived on time. Will recommend to everyone.
A Theatrical Plant-Based Delight at AnnaMaya, Andaz Delhi — A Jackfruit Journey Like No Other Nestled in the heart of Delhi at Andaz by Hyatt, AnnaMaya — the modern European-style food hall — continues to redefine the culinary scene with its bold take on Indian ingredients. My recent visit was all about experiencing their latest masterpiece: Kathal ka Haleem, a dish that seamlessly marries tradition with innovation. Jackfruit — But Make It Haute Cuisine We've all seen jackfruit on our home tables — shredded in curries, grilled for kebabs, or fried into chips. But AnnaMaya takes this humble ingredient and gives it an elevated, immersive twist. Their Kathal ka Haleem is a slow-cooked, spice-laden marvel that sings of Hyderabad's rich culinary heritage, yet surprises the palate with its hearty, plant-based profile. It's comforting, familiar, yet intriguing — all at once. It's Not Just a Dish, It's a Performance What makes this experience truly unforgettable is the theatrical storytelling that surrounds it. As the dish arrives at your table, it's introduced with flair — creating a multisensory moment where aroma, texture, and tradition come together in perfect harmony. It's more than a meal; it's a moment. Why You Should Try It Tradition meets innovation: A vegetarian tribute to a classic, made with soul. A celebration of local produce: Kathal, often under-appreciated, gets a gourmet upgrade. An immersive dining experience: It's not just about taste — it's about storytelling on a plate. If you're someone who loves discovering new narratives through food, this is a must-try. ? Where: AnnaMaya, Andaz Delhi *?Book your table now and be a part of the jackfruit revolution.
The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. I’m a vegetarian, and I really enjoyed the food—especially the Paneer Tikka, which was full of flavor and super tasty. We also tried the blueberry cheesecake, and it was amazing! The staff were kind and helpful
