I recently dined at Anason, a Turkish restaurant in Barangaroo, and had an exceptional experience. The manti, traditional Turkish dumplings, were a delightful discovery for me. Each bite offered a harmonious blend of flavors, showcasing the chef’s expertise in authentic Turkish cuisine. The staff at Anason were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my visit. Had a fantastic experience at this Turkish restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding—especially the lamb shoulder, which was cooked to perfection and full of rich, authentic flavors. To top it off, the dessert was a real treat! The baklava was flaky, sweet, and paired perfectly with a cup of Turkish tea. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great service and delicious food. Definitely a place I’d recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

It was my first time at Anason. This Turkish restaurant & mezebar is located in Barangaroo. The food and service were amazing. The homemade bread and hummus were delicious. Haloumi and salmon tartare were also good. We shared the excellent Lamb shoulder, Wagyu beef, and calamari. Then we finished our dinner with the famous turkish coffee. All good!

The food was amazing, and the staff were so kind and lovely. They explained the menu in such a helpful way, so ordering was easy and fun. I had such a happy and heartwarming time there. Thank you for the beautiful experience!

It’s probably the best Turkish restaurant in town. The flavor of the dishes is just at different level. From the start to the finish, all dishes are excellent. The service is great but I hope they are not doing it just to get tips. Hope Australia stays away from tipping culture.
