Had a great stay at Amari! When I alighted at the lobby at level 1, the Bellboy very efficient, took a trolley to put our bags, but due to I have not much luggage/bags, I took up myself, as he seems to be putting there and after that then move to your room(abit worried for my things as it is near to the door to the drop off point), this has to be improved to make us feel safer for our belongings. Went up to the level 6 lobby to check-in. The front desk lady name Divya very friendly and assisted me on the check-in of my rooms. Offered and recommend me a connecting room as my family have kids and elder. So I decided to take it and check in smoothly. Appreciated her for the recommendation! Booked 2 superior king but was offered for 1 superior king and 1 superior twin due to the connecting room(there is a top up of rm30).. the room are spacious and all amenities also have. Family are happy with the stay! It is also an convenient location, below the hotel is Zenith Mall, opposite of Zenith Mall is Komtar and City Square. Parking is good and very well litted. Thank you for providing such a good experience, service and stay over at Amari Hotel!

20250312 - Amazing stay at Amari JB. 7 min walk from CIQ. With my platnium Onyx membership, i was upgraded to club room with club access. Popcorn and drinks were served around noon at lobby. Room is spacious, with strong wifi, comfy bed, shower and aircon. Some complimentary drinks and snacks available. Cub room serves breakfast, tea and evening canapes. Food variety and taste are both good. I will be back!

It was a fantastic experience with Amari Hotel Johor Bahru! The location is perfect, situated conveniently close to shopping malls and local attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had fantastic views of the city skyline. The hotel amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes that cater to all tastes. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the hospitality shown by the staff. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Overall, Amari Hotel Johor Bahru is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service.

Although our stay at the Amari Hotel was just overnight, we had a wonderful time. The lobby area is beautiful and well kept, setting a welcoming tone right from the start. My son especially enjoyed the kids' corner, where he could play freely and spend time drawing and colouring. Our room was spacious and clean, but the highlight for us was the impressive variety at the buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

The lobby, pool, room are spacious and nice, didn’t know there was a nice terrace bar with a great view, generous service and quality connecting to the restaurant and the pool just need to take the staircase to come down, the restaurant & bar staff is so kind and generous really matches the brand identity(“hospitality”) and tried the white wine&red wine&singapore sling the drinks are so nice too!! Enjoyed my time so much thank you so much!!
