My wife and I stayed here during last year hajj and apologies for the late review as I’ve totally forgotten to give. Honestly it was the best services and food I ever had in Mecca. Was always serviced by Mr Anshad as well as Mr Hamdan and honestly they are the definition of an excellent service. Forever helpful and friendly. Honestly is a 5 star service for me. I need to apologise for this as I’ve forgotten the name of the chef but he was the chef that was always at the lamb and arab rice section and serving me. The food here tasted amazing as well and the chef was extremely friendly as well. Everyone whom attended for the lunch buffet needs to try their pasta as their carbonara as well as the neopolitan spaghetti are the best dish I ever had, especially when the specific chef cooked for me. I hope someone could let me know what’s the name of the chef as I honestly forgotten. I apologised for giving such a late review as I promised them to give a review back then but totally forgotten. Nevertheless, the whole experience I had here was a perfect 10/10 and I would definitely be dining here when I’m back in the holy land.

The BEST in Makkah Raflles. The best food and the BEST staff members specifically Faisal Kafando and Rialis who are the best of the best and their supervisor Nouf Assekhairy. Thanks to ALL for making our stay more enjoyable.

I have tried all the restaurants and buffets in the Clock Tower and this one is the best one hands down. The quality of the food and selection is unbelievable. Everything is prepared by professional chefs. They also have the biggest selection of desserts and breads I have even seen.
