They took my order and then said they don’t deliver in my town!
I tried to speak to manager to proceed for refund. Apparently they don’t have an office and the representative on helpline have no information. She doesn’t even know much about  the business and her answers are how do I know? I asked for the manager and she said and I quote “He is not There” The letter ‘There’ shows the helpline representative isn’t in the office! Or they’re operating remotely. Any how I’m unable to speak to the manager and now they’re not picking up calls from my number. Just to mention here, the representative hung up my call, while I was speaking!!!

Not fresh! Be careful when ordering. The meat delivered stinks and watery as if the meat has been in their refrigerator for a week or two before being delivered. No way this meat could be fresh!!!!. Meat delivered from online order could be a week or more old! There is literally no way you can do anything else or return merchandise or get your money back!!!

I ordered for the first time. They screwed up. I never received the meat. Never received my money . They said they going to send me the second time. Still I didn't get the stuff or money.who ever deliver have no experience.  I belive. They need to be trained
