pros: newly refurbished hotel with a big bath tub for spa, very good breakfast, 24 hour snacks in big dining hall, free parking, all at very reasonable rates, good location, next to central park, cons: strong smell of tobacco in non-smoking room, "rainbow channels" should be made paid channels or only available to adults, not recommended for families with young children

We stayed here from 30/12/2024 to 2/1/2025 and were very happy with our stay here. It has such good location and so close to shops and restaurants. I forgot some jackets in the wardrobe upon check out, but when I came back and collected them, the hotel staff already packed them nicely in a bag for us to collect ?. The hotel also got washing machines and a dryer to use for free. Very convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Hotel room is spacious. Pillows are not too soft. Mattress is firm to my liking. Single beds in Twin room is Super single, which made it great for me travelling with my elderly father. The only gripe I have is that the lift is located up half a storey, so you'll need to haul your luggage up half a flight of steps to access the lift. Luckily the rooms are on same level as the lift. Location is convenient to access food & shopping options. Walkable distance to Love River .
