This hotel may only have one star, but the service is outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions I had. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with exceptional service, I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights.. the price was suitable. The room and bathroom floors need to be cleaned more. Other than that, it's good all in all.. 15 min by taxi from Al Haram, toiletries and hot water always available, TV, A.C., kettle, mini bar working very well, staff are really polite and helpful, flexible check in and out timings to suit my flights.

I stayed for a night, and it was a great experience! The price was very reasonable, the hotel was spotless, and everything felt brand new. The Receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. Overall, a fantastic stay—definitely worth it!

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience overall. The place looked really nice, and the staff was good. The rooms were clean, a good size, and had all the essentials. It’s located in a peaceful area, but do note that the entrance is on a slope, and parking is limited. You can either park right in front of the entrance (on the incline) or in a small area just beside it. They also have a small cafe downstairs that offers room service as well, which was a nice bonus. The hotel doesn’t have shuttle service, but taxis are easy to find as it’s near the main road. Overall, reasonably priced, worth the money, and definitely recommended for a comfy and convenient stay!

Best experience. All staff were great. Quick check-in very helpful. Very convenient and close to Makkah Haram highly recommended.
