فندق يتميز بالهدؤء وموقعه من ناحية توفر الخدمات حوله من مطاعم ( البيك والطازج ومطعم الكوخ شامل والبخاري) وجود محطة حافلات مكة بجواره لم استخدمها لوجود التدافع غير الاخلاقي منها واليها وفيها للأسف !!

يعاب على الفندق (الموقع) وصعوبة التنقل للحرم خاصة في المواسم يوجد صعوبة بالغة للذهاب للحرم حتى مع الحافلات وتضطر دفع مبالغ هائلة لسيارات الاجرة

The hotel is distinguished by its quietness and its location in terms of the availability of services around it, including restaurants (Al-Baik, Al-Tazaj, Al-Koch Shamil Restaurant, and Al-Bukhari). There is a Mecca bus station next to it. I did not use it due to the unethical stampede to and from it, unfortunately!!
There are ATM machines, a laundry, and various groceries
The receptionist, Brother/Abdullah Al Masoud, is a pinnacle of taste, ethics, and good dealing, as is the Egyptian employee Muhammad, may God reward them with all the best.
There is a problem with the hotel (location) and the difficulty of moving to the Haram, especially during the seasons. It is very difficult to go to the Haram even with buses, and you have to pay huge amounts for taxis.

-اول شي الفندق يبعد عن الحرم ٢١د بالضبط وفيه باصات بعد الفندق مجانيه توصلك للتوسعه الجديده اذا معاك كبار فالسن تحتاج تكسي بـ ١٠ ريال يوصلك للباصات
-ثاني شي الفندق اول مادخلت الغرفه شميت ريحه واقول للموظف فيه ريحه وكل الي معايا نفس الشي يشمو ريحه وهو يقول مافي ريحه الغرفه نظفناها وقالي لو منزعجه يا تغيري غرفه او خذي معطر جو من الاستقبال وموظفين الاستقبال مافي بروفشينال فالشغل ابددا + سررهم ابدا ماهي مريحه والفندق يبغا له تغير موكيت بالكامل ريحه طالعه منه
ثالث شي ((والاهم)) مافي احترام للنزيل ومن حق النزيل الليله ٢٤س كامله في الفندق خروجي كان بعد العصر وهم ازعجوني من الساعه وحده الظهر يدقو عليا الباب عشان اطلع ولما تكلمه ان خروجك الساعه ٥ يقول لا نظامنا مو كذا ????

-First of all, the hotel is exactly 21 minutes away from the Haram, and there are free buses after the hotel that will take you to the new expansion. If you have elderly people, you will need a taxi for 10 riyals to take you to the buses.
-The second thing is that the hotel, as soon as I entered the room, I smelled its smell and I told the employee that it had an odor and everyone who was with me smelled the same thing and he said that the room did not smell. We cleaned it and he said, “If you are upset, change a room or take an air freshener from the reception, and the reception staff are not professional. The work has never been done + their beds are not comfortable, and the hotel wants to replace the entire carpet, and there is a smell coming out of it.”
The third thing ((and the most important)) is that there is no respect for the guest, and the guest has the right to spend the entire night at the hotel for 24 hours. My departure was after the afternoon, and they have been bothering me since noon. They have been knocking on the door for me to go out, and when you talk to him that you leave at 5 o’clock, he says, “No, our system is not like that” ????

فندق جداً جداً جداً سئ حزت عندهم في بوكنق ولما وصلت مكانه الاقامه قالي فل ما فيه غرف وقلت لموظف الاستقبال تواصل مع الاداره ابي حل قالي مافيه احد ما انصح احد يزوره خصوصاً اذا معاك كبار سن رح تتهجول غير كذا جاي بتكسي للفندق بحدود ال 100 ريال خساير على الفاضي

A very, very, very bad hotel. I booked with them, and when I arrived at the place of residence, they said, “There are no rooms.” I told the receptionist to contact the management, I would like a solution. He said, “There is no one. I do not advise anyone to visit it, especially if you have elderly people. You will be wandering around otherwise.” He will bring a taxi to the hotel for about 100 riyals. Losses are empty.
