Best hotel in Surabaya. I stayed for 5 nights and everything is very good. All the staff are very friendly not only front office staff but also operational staff. My wife couldn't walk too far and the hotel provides wheelchair so that I could use it to help my wife. The shower leaked and I called front office to inform it. The operational staff came to my room less than 5 minutes. Overall My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Good on you.

Our second stay here and great food. Our room needs new pillows. And this time the hallways and stairs smell of mildew or moldy , maybe it the carpet that smells. Not sure.But everything else is great ?

Comfortable room ? not large and not small. You can see out from window. Clean and tidy. Bathroom is all good. Thanks for the experince, take a rest in this hotel.
