We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, situated near the port and within walking distance of malls and convenience stores. It made exploring the area and taking care of essentials effortlessly easy. The service was a standout feature—prompt and attentive staff responded quickly to all our requests, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience. Had an amazing stay here! The service was top-notch—super friendly and helpful staff that made me feel really welcome. Special thanks to Ms. Dyea for her kindness and warm attitude, she really made the experience extra special. The food was also delicious! From breakfast to other meals, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a comfy place to stay with great service and tasty food!

Zest Hotel located just besides the Harbour Ferry terminal make easily accessible. The staff are super hospitable and friendly. They managed to help us to secure two rooms even though we check in last minute due to having problems with our Airbnb stays. Unfortunately, the room had only one 3 pin plug to use and found a cockroach running around. Other than that it's quite okie, the breakfast is good enough to fill our empty stomach in the morning.

This hotel is good, with a great location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ferry terminal. There are also many food, convenience stores, shopping malls, etc. nearby. The occupancy rate of this hotel is very high, and there are many people. I booked 2 rooms, and the check-in time was 2 pm, but the room was not ready at 3 pm. This is the only complaint I have. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, but the check-in process could be faster! The room and bathroom were very clean and I slept very comfortably. It's worth it. The buffet breakfast is also very good, with different dishes every day. A great hotel. I will choose this one next time.

The room is nice and spacious. I like the seat by the window. it's very comfortable. Although my room faces a building under construction, I still enjoy sitting there. Plus, the TV is quite new and doesn’t lag. The free Wi-Fi is strong. As for breakfast, there's a good variety of food. I took the chance to try some local dishes, and so far, I really like the Soto Betawi. The omelette is also good. Next, the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's near Harbour Bay Batam. No need to order a Grab just walk and you'll get there in no time.
