We stayed here for 5 nights on our first visit to London. The location is great, easy access to the tubes. It may not satisfy those looking for a large room, but if you are going to spend most of the day outside, it is not a problem. Your room is cleaned every two days. Thanks to the staff for their polite and attentive welcome. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to London.

Z hotels have become our favourite place to stay when visiting London on a short break. Staff are wonderful, the rooms clean, and as a member you can get free cheese and wine in the evening. Excellent locations make these such a good choice making it easy to visit the heart of the city. Be aware the rooms are small so don't travel with lots of luggage.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of everything (restaurants, the Tube, shopping, shows). And it was surprisingly quiet. The only downside was our room was quite warm, the windows didn’t open and the fan doesn’t work well. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay while exploring London.

Fantastic location, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms small but clean and modern. Free wine and cheese on Saturday evenings, free tea and coffee for members. Great value.

I stayed at The Z Hotel Piccadilly as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The room was small but had everything I needed—coffee, tea, and Sky TV. The glass-walled bathroom might be less ideal for couples, but it worked fine for me. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Piccadilly—and offers great value for central London. Service was the highlight: the reception team were helpful and responsive, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay. Highly recommended for solo travelers.
