Very stylist place with delicious food in interesting town

excellent service. historical and comfortable room.

Spent a most wonderful birthday here and was treated so well by the staff. The wooden bathtubs were lovely, the kaiseki dinner was endless and high quality plus they provided a special fruit plate for a celebratory dessert. The staff gave us lanterns for an evening walk along the canals while they magically switched the room from lounge to futon mode. Many shops and restaurants nearby for wandering and of course, close to Ohara and other museums which are simply remarkable. Staff was pleasant and conversational which made our stay extra nice.

Amazing experience! Staffs are friendly and welcoming! The wooden bath tub is a must try! Take time to soak in the history and the sensual experience of the place!
