Excellent hotel with the loveliest staff!! Stayed for 2 weeks and were really well looked after. The team in the hotel and restaurant are all really warm, kind and helpful. It’s great to have the pool, the place is super clean and the breakfast is great and varied. There’s a lot to see (and eat) within walking distance, or it’s easy to take a grab to see other parts of the island.

Hotel: a well maintained boutique hotel. Rich with history and interesting anglo-indian architecture. Love the unique vibrant colours of the hotel. Room: The room is extremely clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Service: Amazing staff with great hospitality services. Felt very welcomed and enjoyable throughout the whole stay. Location: In the heart of Georgetown. Very strategically located and convenient to access all the tourist spots and local eateries by foot.

A lovely, traditional place to stay. Centrally located so that everything is within walking distance The staff is nice and helpful Yes, the beds are a bit small if you are over 170cm tall. The breakfast could offer a little more choice but on the whole a great place to stay

We spent four nights at this charming boutique hotel while exploring Penang and Georgetown, and it was an absolute delight! The hotel exudes a lovely Malaysian charm, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay feel extra special. The staff were incredible—warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, so we upgraded to a family room, which gave us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk to Chulia Street with its vibrant selection of restaurants and bars. You can also easily stroll to Armenian Street and the jetty if you're up for some sightseeing. The hotel also offers a pool, though we didn’t use it due to the lack of shade, but everything else more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Georgetown, It’s the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience!

I had an amazing stay here. Staff was extremely attentive, location was perfect, breakfast was great. I was only here for two nights and loved how authentic the hotel felt. Clean and functional. Definitely recommend.
