We stayed here 5 nights. No shoes once you are inside the property The room is clean, everything works. In other hotels the TV channels never work but this one does! Water runs great, hot and cold water works all the time, the sink and toilet work flawlessly! For amenities we got Q-tips, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap (2 small packs per day), 2 small water bottles. There was a hairdryer, a refrigerator with freezer included. A closet with some hangers. Free wifi! Wifi connection is good ? The room has a small table and chair. The A/C works well, looks new. The bathroom's size is about right. Mirror's size is good. The bed is comfortable. The noise is very minimal. We got a great price too! (about 360k/night November 2023) We booked the cheapest room without windows because it helps me sleep better. They come and organize the room for me daily but I don't think they change the bed sheet which I don't mind because it is still clean (better for the environment this way) They can help you book tours here. A few cons: there were only 2 pillows, the pillow is too high and a bit too firm. Please have 4 pillows in the future, softer ones would be great ? There was no sleeping light, or just because the one they installed on the wall didn't work. They don't offer bike rental service here but I'm okay with that, we rented bikes through chothuexemaysaigon website. 5 stars overall Not related but if you are in ho chi Minh even in just 2 days, try visiting the zoo and botanical garden, Salted coffee (Cà phê muối chú long) on Nguyễn huệ walking street, Bến thành Night market, hop on hop off bus tour, and saigon Japanese town ?. You should skip Bùi Viện walking street unless you just want a drink. And skip Cathedral because it's under construction.

Nice location at the end of a quiet lane off a fairly boisterous street. Cash only at checkout - will take USD. The lady at the desk daytimes was beyond helpful and gracious. Room very basic but comfortable with TV, overhead fan and AC. Great morning bustle watching at the Kunato Cafe down the street - tiny rooftop bar opposite.

We booked 4 nights in the double room. Positive: The location is perfect, with the main spots being within walking distance. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. Negative: The room is quite small, with barely any space for luggage. It smells a bit musty. Good value for money due to the great location and affordable price.

We arrived early because of our flight and were able to check in 3-4h hours earlier. The room was spacious and had a long desk. Loved the design and the bed was comfortable and huge. Staff was very friendly and gave us ice and fresh towels whenever we asked for it. Our room was also cleaned every day! Also located in a great place near everything. Really enjoyed our stay here! ?
