Great location near Ximen Station, with clean rooms, nice bathrooms, a quiet environment, a cheap price, and friendly staff. Their elevator is also quite fast. My only slight complaint is that they had a light above the desk that would be dimly lit even with all the switches turned off, making the room not pitch black when you sleep. That’s about it, and was certainly not a dealbreaker.

Just had some issue with the WiFi but overall, it was a great experience. Only checked in for 3 nights but ended up extending for a day in the same room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee offered and early arrival allows you to leave the luggage on their lobby while waiting for your check in time.

Small room, the only amenities provide is body wash and shampoo, slippers. Bed mid firm (more on soft side). Great location friendly staff

I stayed at Ximen Citizen Hotel for 5 nights. The building’s interior is definitely on the older side, so it’s not the place if you’re after something modern. That said, the room was clean and comfortable enough for my stay. I had a single room, which was a bit small for me since I have a medium-sized luggage. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d suggest booking a budget double. I think you’ll get a bit more space. The staff were really helpful and cleaned my room every day, change my towels and beddings. The staff spoke English pretty well, which made communicating easy. The hotel’s location is okay (just a few minutes’ walk from Ximen Exit 6). Other notes: - No bidet - They offer shampoo and body wash - Small fridge (it looks old, but still working) Overall, it was a decent stay for me ? Xie xie!
